Faux Fur Throws

Faux Fur Throws Washing Instructions
  • Faux Fur Throws are machine and hand washable on a delicate cold 30 degree wash and must be allowed to dry naturally.
  • Do not tumble dry and do not iron.
  • Can be dry cleaned using the symbol as above
  • Please follow washing instructions supplied with the Throw

Mattress Dog Bed Washing Instructions

  • Both the outer fabric cover and inner waterproof protective liner can be washed on a 30 degree wash.
  • The outer fabric cover can be ironed on the reverse with a cool iron.
  • We recommend that you do not tumble dry either the cover or the waterproof liner.
  • Do not wash the inner cushion.
  • Outer Covers can be dry cleaned.

DELIVERY

 

Delivery and Timing

  1. Onyourbed luxury dog beds are individually handmade to order in London and delivery can take up to two weeks.
  2. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Whilst Onyourbed make every effort to dispatch goods on time, we cannot accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
  3. The Customer shall accept part delivery of their order in the event that more than one item is ordered
  4. Some parcels will require a signature on arrival, therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that there is no one available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information. These terms may vary dependent on the carrier used.
  5. Onyourbed does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us, or our agents, and are in possession of the carriers.
 

Delivery Charges

  1. All delivery charges and free postage charges apply to UK Mainland only. For certain remote areas such as the Highlands or other areas such as Channel Islands or Northern Ireland, Onyourbed will email the customer to alert them to additional charges. The customer can then either proceed with the order, or cancel for a full refund.
  2. For International delivery please email Onyourbed for a delivery quotation.
  3. The Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.
  4. Onyourbed use different service providers for deliveries. The Customer will be notified by email once the Product is despatched and be advised of any tracking number if relevant

  • All items will be shipped using Signed For, Tracked and Insured

Do I need a Paypal Account to make a purchase?

No you do not need a Paypal Account, we accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

When your parcel is despatched you will receive a courier link to track your parcel.

 

How Can I Return a Product?

  1. If for any reason you are not happy with your Onyourbed purchase, you should contact Onyourbed by email within 7 days and you will be advised of the correct return address. The registered address on this website is not the returns address and in no instance should returns be made to this address. Provided that the Product is in good,unused and resaleable condition Onyourbed will refund the full purchase price (less postage and packaging) to the Customer within 30 days of receipt of the Product.
  2. If a Customer wishes to exchange a Product the Customer will be advised of any handling charge and additional cost of product .The Customer will be advised and agree these by email prior to the exchange been agreed.
  3. For all returns the Customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items we advise that you obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
  4. Onyourbed is not responsible for the safe return of any Product and will not refund a Product that does not reach the specified returns address.
  5. Any goods returned incomplete, i.e. parts missing or damaged will not be replaced or refunded.
  6. Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
  7. In the event that the Product is in any way damaged upon receipt, the Customer should advise Onyourbed by email within 24 hours of receipt who will help you resolve/replace any issues as quickly as possible.
  8. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can take this up with the carrier company.
